We believe in complete transparency. All costs will be detailed in your proposal with no hidden fees. There will be a small campaign setup cost based on the size of your strategy and expected advertising spend. Account setup costs vary by project, but all will be included in your proposal. Our ongoing services are packaged so you know exactly what you'll get each month, from daily optimisations to campaign reporting. This cost is a percentage of your monthly advertising spend, so if you need to decrease your budget, our fee will adjust accordingly.

No, although we'll recommend a monthly minimum. This is to ensure that you're generating a healthy return on investment, with our services costs included.

Are there any hidden costs or long-term commitments with your services?

There are no hidden costs or long-term commitments. We have a transparent pricing structure with flexible engagement options. While great results don't happen overnight, we require a minimum commitment of three months with us as your Google Ads Partner. After the three months, our agreement becomes a monthly rolling contract. We do this because we know we can achieve great results for you, and you'll want to stay. However, we understand that circumstances can change, so if you need to leave, you can do so with peace of mind, although we'll be sad to see you go.

What are the cancellation terms?

Our Google Ads services are provided on a calendar month basis, so you'll need to complete a full month if you decide to cancel your contract with us. If you wish to return to us for Google Ads in the future, there will be no setup costs as long as you're resuming the campaigns we've created for you.

How do I pay for advertising spend?

To keep things simple, you will be in charge of your own billing. We'll set you up in our welcome call, giving you billing access to the ads account.
